Subcontractor Qualifications
To maintain our high standards and protect both parties, we require all subcontractor partners to meet the following requirements.
Active business license in Washington State
General liability insurance (minimum $1M)
Workers comp coverage (if applicable)
Crew management experience
Demonstrated painting portfolio
Reliable transportation and equipment
